1. How do I apply for the Everrise Member Card?

You can apply at any Everrise outlet by presenting your MyKad / passport or apply e-membership via Everrise mobile app just by clicks.

2. Is there a fee to sign up?

Join as Everrise member with a fee of RM 10 and receive a physical Everrise member card; or get free membership with any purchase of RM100 & above in a single receipt at Everrise outlet on the same day; or sign up for free e-membership via Everrise mobile app.

3. Can I apply for a supplementary card?

There is no supplementary card to be applied.

4. How soon can I use my Everrise member card?

You can use it immediately upon successful registration.

5. How do I collect member points?

1 point is earned with every RM10 spent at Everrise outlets or E-store, exclude formula milk powder. For every 200 points earned, members can redeem one RM 5 cash voucher.

6. Where can I check my points balance?

Points earned after each purchase are reflected real time at the bottom of customer receipt unless there is technical issue. You can also check your points balance at service counter or via Everrise mobile app.

7. Can I transfer my member points to another card?

No, member points are strictly non-transferable and cannot be combined.

8. Will my member’s points expire?

Yes, After 2 years from receiving the point.

9. What should I do if I lost my member card?

You should do the lost card replacement at any Everrise outlet with a fee of RM 10. Alternatively, bind your lost card to the Everrise mobile app for free.

10. Can I claim my points balance if I lost my card?

Yes. We will bring forward your points balance to your new card upon the lost card replacement.

11. If I forget to bring my Everrise member card, will I be able to get any member points?

No. Member must present the Everrise member card at the cashier counter before each purchase in order to enjoy member price and earn points for all eligible purchase.

12. How can I change / update my personal data?

Member can go to service counter at the outlet and fill in the Notification Request Form to update information. Alternatively, update your personal info via Everrise mobile app.
